Pre-paid RV Permit Options

Seasonal RV Parking Permit – $800

  • This permit is good for all seven games in the 2017 season.
  • Friday arrival and Sunday departure.
  • Includes electric and water hook-ups.
  • Includes one seasonal vehicle permit.

Individual Game RV Parking Permit – Price based upon arrival day

  • Thursday Permit – $180.00 – Thursday gate hours are 6 p.m. – 12 midnight.
  • Friday Permit – $120.00 – Friday gate hours are 6 a.m. – 12 midnight.
  • Saturday Permit – $60.00 – Gates open at 6 a.m. every Saturday.
  • Includes electric and water hook-ups.
  • Includes 1 RV Permit and 1 Vehicle Permit.
  • RVs will be parked in the order that they arrive. If you want side-by-side parking,  you must arrive together.
  • Check-Out is 4 p.m. on Sundays. If you decide to stay after this time, you will be charged $30.00 per additional night.  Please go the Grange Park Maintenance Office or call 814-364-9674 to make arrangements.  If you would like to keep your RV at Grange Park on a weekly basis, there will be an additional charge of $40.00 per week.

Storage Permit Options

Seasonal RV Storage Permit – $440

  • This permit will enable you to leave your RV on-site at Grange Park from September 1, 2017 – November 19, 2017.

September RV Storage Permit – $160

  • This permit will enable you to leave your RV on-site at Grange Park from September 1, 2017 – October 1, 2017.

Weekly RV Storage Permit – $40

  • This permit will enable you to leave your RV on-site at Grange Park on a weekly basis between September 1, 2017 – November 19, 2017.  Purchase at the gate ONLY.

Other Permit Options

Vehicle Parking Permit – $5 per vehicle/day

  • This permit is good for one vehicle and one day.
  • Vehicle Permits can be purchased at the gate on the day of arrival.

PSU Overnight RV Parking – $60 for the night

  • Friday night/Saturday morning Permit – $60.00 PURCHASE AT GATE ONLY
  • Friday gate hours are 6 a.m. – 12 midnight. Gates open at 6 a.m. on Saturday.
  • This permit is for anyone that may have a Penn State permit to park your RV at the Red Lot on Game day.
  • Includes 1 RV Permit and 1 Vehicle Permit.
  • Vehicle permits are required for any additional vehicles that will be parked in the visitor lot.

Grange Park Guidelines

In accordance with the alcoholic beverage laws of Pennsylvania, individuals must be at least 21 years old to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol use at Grange Park is not encouraged. Kegs and stand-alone bars are prohibited. No glass bottles or containers. No drinking games.
No refunds will be issued for RV Permits.
Each RV site is equipped with a 30-amp electrical hook-up. A limited number of 50-amp electrical hook-ups will be available. You must plug into the electrical hook-up labeled for your RV site.
For safety purposes due to overhead electrical lines, the maximum allowable flag pole height is 12 ft. Drones are not permitted on Grange Park.
Liquid fuels in portable containers, including but not limited to gasoline, ethanol, or kerosene, are strictly prohibited.
Since each RV site is equipped with an electrical hook-up, generators may not be used at any time in the RV Lot.
Grilling is permitted in propane grills. Propane gas cylinders must not exceed 20 lbs. No charcoal or wood fires. Deep fryers are also prohibited. Per local ordinance, no open flames.
Guests are welcome and are required to purchase a Vehicle Permit for $5.00 per vehicle per game. All vehicles must be parked in the Vehicle Lot. Sleeping in vehicles or tents is not permitted. Vehicle Permits are available for purchase at the gate upon arrival.
You will be issued a RV Permit which must be visible from a window at all times. You will be issued a Vehicle Permit for one vehicle which must be visible from the front windshield at all times. An RV is defined as any vehicle that contains sleeping, cooking, and bathroom facilities; tents are not permitted. RVs will be parked in the RV Lot and all other vehicles will be parked in the Vehicle Lot. Sleeping in vehicles is not permitted. Grange Park is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit RV or Vehicle permits.
Pets are welcome. Pets must be on a controlled leash at all times. Walking pets on a leash is acceptable but the owner must clean up after the pet and dispose of the waste appropriately. Pet owners are solely responsible for their pets and any damage or injuries that occur.
The Grange Park Playground will be open from dawn to dusk. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Public restrooms with flush toilets are available.
The RV Permit Holder is responsible for the behavior of all individuals at the RV site. To achieve the maximum amount of comfort and enjoyment by the greatest number of people, a few rules must be followed by all people. These rules are listed below:
  • Loud talk and objectionable or profane language are prohibited at all times. Offenders may be punished by expulsion from Grange Park.
  • Quiet hours will be in effect from 12 midnight and 6 a.m. No loud noise during this time.
  • Any form of discrimination or harassment against any person based on race, religion, gender, or physical disability is prohibited. Any person engaged in this form of behavior will be subjected to expulsion from Grange Park.
  • Any person who, with the intent to harass, annoy, or alarm others, engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which serve no legitimate purpose, may be punished by expulsion from Grange Park. Do unto your neighboring campers as you expect them to do unto you.
  • Golf carts, segways, hover boards, radio-controlled toys and drones are forbidden.
  • Climbing, sitting, standing, walking or lying on the roof or ladder of the RV is prohibited.
  • No public urination.
You will be given an RV Site Assignment upon arrival. You will be required to move if you are not parked in your assigned site. Parking on roadways is prohibited.
It is the responsibility of each RV Permit holder to secure tailgate items. You should lock food, beverages, and valuables out of sight in vehicles; extinguish all grills, unplug electrical outlets, and secure awnings, canopies, chairs, and other belongings. Grange Park is not responsible or liable for accidents, damage, loss, or theft of materials, items, or personal property. For pedestrian safety, all vehicles must be moved out of the RV Lot into the Vehicle Parking Lot.
Security personnel are on duty 24 hours per day in the EMS Building.
Coin-operated shower facilities are available. Please bring quarters with you. The shower facilities are not equipped with a change machine.
Cole Transportation will be providing shuttle services to and from Beaver Stadium Friday ($5 dollars round trip) and Saturday ($10 dollars round trip). More details about the shuttle service will be available on our website and when you arrive at Grange Park.
Plastic bags will be provided for each RV site. Please keep your tailgating area clean throughout the duration of your stay. Trash and recycling must be picked up, bagged, and placed in the proper location prior to exiting the RV Lot.
All grey and black water must be collected in your RV tanks and not dumped on the ground or in the rest rooms. Please check your valves and tanks for leaks prior to arriving at Grange Park. The Self Service Waste Station will be available each Sunday morning from 7 a.m. to 12 noon. The charge for self-service waste removal is $25.00 per removal (cash only). A Full-Service Portable Waste Wagon will also be available for $30.00 per removal (cash only). The Portable Waste Wagon will be available each Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a first come, first served basis.
Each RV site is equipped with a water hook-up, located on the same pole as your electrical hook-up. Grange Park has high water pressure. Water pressure reducers are required. They are available for sale at Gate 4.
Weapons of any type are prohibited. Fireworks and sparklers are also prohibited.
